I actually am going to attempt to do some of these suggestions, just this week I had one full day that I literally didn’t get anything done, I was nothing more than a warm body in meetings from 8AM to after 5PM… a completely worthless day in my opinion.
Time to get back on track with what is important!
The only issue I will run into is scheduling time in blocks, if there is one thing I know around here is my schedule doesn’t matter to the rest of the organization, I can easily find multiple occurances of being double and triple booked, which I normally just take a stab at what is really important at the moment and attend that. So this will take some work, but it has to happen… too much time wasted.
